Happy Holidays!

Scott has completed his second round of chemo. He is experiencing some side effects but overall is doing OK. He is pretty tired, a little nauseous, and has a lack of appetite. Tonight he is running a fever (not sure if it's from the chemo or something else). Keep your comments coming, it definitely helps to keep his spirits up and in fighting mode.

We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!
Here's a picture of the kids, they are SOO excited for Santa coming tomorrow night!

    Hi Julie and Scott,
We once again waited by our mailbox for the annual Christmas poem/letter and of course were not disappointed this year! Our kids are absolutely CRAZY about Santa coming too, and if he doesn't get here soon, Chris might just boot the kids past Christmas right into the new year (yes, it's getting that bad!) Enjoy ever second of your Christmas holiday together! We are looking forward to getting together with all of you in the new year. Scott, hang in there, nauseousness is horrible(ask any pregnant woman). Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Keep fighting...we are all cheering for you! Love, The O'Gwen's
    PS-shout if you need anything!

Hope Santa was good to the NJ clan. He certainly dropped a bundle of toys and games in Iowa (which, sadly, we will now have to pay to ship home to Tacoma!) Tell Ron his truck is safe at home. Mitch was delayed by the Denver blizzard but he made it here Christmas Eve! Yeah! Scott: Take care of yourself and let everybody else pamper you a little. You're allowed to rest and relax ... build up some strength and kick this thing! We love you!

To the Spoerl clan: There are some things that we expect during the holidays - the excessive amounts of good food, the insanity of kids and their presents, and the Year in Review poem from the Spoerl Family. We were thrilled to be "three-for-three" this year! Stay strong - we're sending you lots of Florida sunshine! It's loaded with Vitamin D :-)

Happy New Year...from the Arnell Family
