Scott went off antibiotics last Friday and over the past week, the infection seems to have finally cleared!! We have to talk w oncologist to set a date to start chemo, possibly next week.
He won't have surgery to replace the bone flap for at least several months, as the docs want to start him on chemo and also give it time to make sure all infection is gone.
It's great news on a rainy gloomy day!!
