Fourth Chemo Cycle

Hi everyone--Scott here.

Hasn't been much posting lately. All is well but Julie, the kids and I must be in a bit of a Disney hangover. I also was away on business in Baltimore for a week. So things have been pretty busy, but everyone is doing well.

I also finished up round four of chemo last week. This round was about like the last couple. I wasn't feeling to terrible while I was taking it, but was feeling a little tired and not so hungry the couple days after the cycle. Pretty normal stuff.

That is about all the news to share on the chemo front. Spring is coming to the northeast and we are all thankful for that. I am thinking about planting a garden at our new house. We used to garden at the old house, but have to create the garden here this year. I think the kids will probably find that fun (at least I hope they do). First, Daddy needs to get the tiller out and create the space for it. I guess the kids probably are too young to till.

We'll keep you updated on the garden, the April MRI scheduled and the next chemo round.

Thanks and much love.
SRS

    Hey all-
It was great to see Aunt Janet and Uncle Ron last week at Grandma's. From the pictures and the stories, it sounds like everyone had fun at Disney, especially Paige and JJ!

    Scott:
How many more rounds of chemo? Do you know yet? Still no Disney for us ... Mitch and I are opting for a kidless week in Mexico. SUN! YES!

    Scott/Julie,
Happy to know that things are going well with treatment. TMac pointed me to your blog - what a great idea it is. Your kids are adorable.
    All the best,

    Hi Guys,
Glad things continue to go well. We had lunch today at Herb and Sue's, and Uncle Ron shared the Disney photos. What an awesome trip!! Love to all...

I am happy that you and your family are doing well! Disney looks like it was a lot of fun - I have not been there since I was a kid - but I still remember it - so fun! I hope you had a nice easter. I was in GR at my mom's house on saturday and sunday - that was nice. Anyway, keep it up - you seem to be handling the chemo extremely well!!! good luck with the garden...and put those little ones to work. ;)
