6th Chemo Round down

Hello all

Just a quick update. Latest news is that I just finished the 6th chemo round. It is due to be my last round, provided that the MRI scans keep coming back clean. This chemo round was about like the previous 5. Felt pretty good, except for feeling crappy for a couple days after the last dosage. The chemo makes the food and everything else (including water) taste very strange. I am still heading to the office everyday and work is going fine.

I'll have the next MRI done next month and provided that everything is still clear up there, they will take me off the chemo and just "monitor" me. They will monitor me by MRI every couple months. Always want a look at the noggin....

JJ's third birthday is this coming Sunday and he will turn 3. He is full of energy and is a very funny little man. He dances around, singing and telling jokes that only he gets. Laughs like crazy and generally cracks up the whole family with some silly thing. If you want to really appreciate the miracle that JJ is, you'll have to catch the live show....I can't do it justice in words.

You'll hear more about Paige since her 5th b-day is approaching (July). She is pretty spectacular too.

I thank you all for your concerns, prayers and positive energy. Keep it coming.

For those of you out there praying, if you could add my cousin Adam to the list, we would all appreciate it. Adam is in Iraq at the moment and all of our troops over there could use some prayer.

Talk to you all soon.

Much Love.
Scott

  2. Hey Scott and Julie!!

Just thought I would stop by and say hello. Glad to hear you are doing so well and that your spirits are high as always.

Getting together with Trish and Molly on Saturday for a Spa day. Should be a good time. Trish is pregnant and as you probably know, Molly just had her second.

    Anyway....take care and keep blogging!
