Scott's doctor said it is another good scan! There were a couple of new spots on the scan but the radiologist and the doc agree that these are scar tissue from radiation many years ago and not tumor progression. They determine this based on the blood flow to that area of the brain which they describe as "cold" so that is good news! The rest of the scan was stable - no new growth anywhere. Yeah!
School is out in about 2 weeks and then it's summer! I can't wait for that to start and with these scan results, we can relax and live life as usual. Scott will continue to take his chemotherapy every month and his next scan will be at the very end of July.
