Scan Results on Thursday 6/5

So it's been a little over 2 months since Scott's last scan.  We had to wait a week or two longer this time because of the way the chemo week fell.  The scan shouldn't be the same week as chemotherapy or the week after.   His scan is on Tuesday night this week and then we meet with the oncologist on Thursday for the results.  

Scott is still feeling good and eating healthy.  In fact, he lost so much weight  that he lost his wedding ring while gardening a couple weekends ago!  Luckily, a $12 metal detector rental helped him to locate it in the grass on the neighbor's lawn (whew!).  The ring is currently at the jewelers being re-sized to his new slim self! 

Our niece, Katelyn, continues to battle her cancer with weekly chemotherapy treatments.  She is a trooper and fighting hard.  The chemotherapy seems to be doing it's job and when it's time, they'll be deciding on a surgical procedure.
