Scott woke up and is doing well. Jan and I saw him in recovery and he was allowed to eat ice chips - he wanted more than that to eat so that is a good sign. He is getting morphine for pain so he is plenty comfortable! We have been kicked out so he can sleep some more and they are working on finding him a room but apparently the neuro floor is busy tonight. Hopefully a room will open up soon. We will go back in and see him in a hour or so.
