Physical Therapy went great.

Scott continues to do well. The physical therapist had him climb a few stairs today to make sure that he would do OK at home. He had no trouble with the stairs. The doctor took the bandage off of his head so we got the first look at the staples. In Jen's words, he looks like a "bad ass." There are 26 staples in all. He'll be going home from the hospital probably sometime tomorrow. Scott is sitting with me now and he says "thanks for all the love and concern from everyone, all the prayers and wishes coming this way are good."
Take care,
Julie

    Scott & Julie -

Harris and Julie called me on Monday and filled me in about Scott. Needless to say, after the shock wore off, all I could think about was how Scott was doing. When I talked to H yesterday, he filled me in on the positive news, and gave me the blog site. Now, after reading all of the posts, I can see what an amazing network of friends and family that you have. We are THRILLED to hear of Scott's positive progress, and will continue to check the blog for more good news.

PLEASE KNOW that there are love and prayers being sent to you & the kids from the four corners of the world, including our little corner in South Florida! We love you both and wish Scott a speedy and complete recovery...

And - we are sure that you and the kids will be needing a trip to Disney in Orlando after this little adventure. So - if that ever gets planned, let us know so we can drive up to meet you!

    Lots of love & prayers,
Sandy (Harris's sister), Drew & Alex

I don't know ..... I still think it's one hell of a way to get attention. To heck with Scott .... Julie, how the hell are you doing? How are the kids? The image of Scott going up & down the stairs (with his hospital gown flowin' in da' breeze) is not a pleasant one. But, under the circumstances, we'll endure him. Seriously, Scott's progress sounds great ... keep up the good work. Oh yeah, I got this audit I need you do go on .........Regards, Andrew & Lucie

Hi Scott, Julie, Ben and Janet.
Scott, we are so glad to hear that you are doing well. Once I heard that you were at Overlook, I was relieved. You couldn't be in better hands. Our prayers are with you during your recovery. Love, Trish, Ed, Ryan, Kevin and Landon Weiss

Thanks so much for keeping us posted through this blog site! It was amazing to read of Scott's quick comeback (for lack of a better term) after such major surgery! Wish we lived closer and could help in some way. Know that thoughts and prayers continue non-stop from NM to NJ from the three of us!
    Love, Karen, Lauren, & Brianna
